Welcome to Nur Kasih Restaurant, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Pekan Kuala Perlis. This charming eatery is a haven for those craving authentic Malay cuisine, particularly known for its delicious nasi campur. The moment you step into Nur Kasih, you are greeted by the inviting aroma of traditional Malaysian spices wafting through the air, promising an unforgettable culinary experience.

The restaurant features a self-service setup, allowing diners to explore a vibrant array of dishes lined up in a picturesque display. As you make your way through the offerings, you’ll encounter mouthwatering options like crispy fried chicken and savory fried catfish. Do not miss the Chicken Kurma, which bursts with flavor, or the signature Chicken Rendang that many rave about – it's a must-try! Every bite is a celebration of local ingredients and age-old recipes that the region is famous for.

The atmosphere at Nur Kasih is casual yet inviting, perfectly embodying the heart of Malaysian dining. With an open concept that allows for a refreshing natural breeze, diners can indulge in their meals while enjoying the sights and sounds of the bustling street outside. Although it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, the lively ambiance only adds to the experience, as locals and visitors alike bond over their shared love for food.

While customer feedback highlights an impressive selection of meal choices, some reviews mention areas for improvement. For instance, the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially on busier days when tables might need extra wiping. Despite this, patrons like Mohd Sahrom Abdul Rahim praise the restaurant's cleanliness overall and rave about standout condiments like the “out of this world” sambal belacan, elevating the meal to a new level.

With ample roadside parking available, finding a spot is hassle-free, making it easier for you to dive into a feast after a day of exploring Kuala Perlis. As Rashdan Ramly points out, the prices are reasonable and standard for a nasi campur establishment, allowing you to enjoy a hearty meal without breaking the bank.

So, whether you’re a local craving a taste of home or a traveler eager to immerse yourself in authentic Malay flavors, Nur Kasih Restaurant is a must-visit destination. Come hungry and leave satisfied, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia! Reserve a spot today at +60 17-562 6992 and discover why this restaurant is beloved by so many.

I give it a 5 star kampung style dishes that's being served here. The sambal belacan is out of this world. A lot of varieties of fish based cuisine can be found here. The premises is spotless clean. I recommend it to everyone visiting Kuala Perlis.

Nice place. A bit too crowded. The restaurant utilizes natural wind as they are using the open concept. I got nasi putih, 2 pieces of chicken innards and a piece of ayam berempah. The ayam is a bit dry but the innards are delicious. There are a lot of dishes to try as the dishes are lined at the side of the restaurant. The cleanliness can be improved though. And everything need to be wiped.

The restaurant was very clean with BESS award. The menus were cooked by a number of 3 skillful aunties. There were fresh seafood, ulam-ulaman, and a variety of sambals. You may have lunch as early as 11am. However, I find this restaurant was not wheelchair friendly as they only have squatting bathroom.
